About the Game
Stereo Beatdown is the first game I’ve developed. This prototype captures the core concept: rhythm-synced combat.

Prototype Details
- 3 Levels:
- Introduction to the game’s basic enemy.
- Combat with Markc’s first track.
- Final boss fight.
- Future Updates: The game will be refined over time.
Controls
ESC
→ PauseWASD
→ MovementENTER

Core Mechanics
- Checkpoints: Soda machines scattered throughout the environment.
- Environments: Built using itch.io tilesets.
- Rhythm Combat:
- The protagonist becomes invulnerable to melee attacks under the sugar rush effect.
- The effect lasts 3 seconds (current default), resetting with each enemy defeated.
- Planned Update: The timer will sync with the music’s tempo (fast tracks = shorter timer; slow tracks = longer timer).
Story
The narrative starts at the “end”: the protagonist has gathered his enemies in a specific location to eliminate them. What led to this showdown? Uncover the story as the game evolves!
